Individual Writing Project:
YOU CANNOT PASS THIS ESSAY WITHOUT A WORKS CITED
1. Each student will research a platform issue from their party which is of personal importance to them. Two quality sources. Refer to national periodicals or Newspapers (Newsweek, Time, Wall Street Journal etc.) and utilize library databases. Prepare a one to two page persuasive essay designed to convince an undecided voter to embrace your issue.
2. Paper must include 1) appropriate in-text citations 2) a Work Cited page (MLA format).
3. Topic and thesis to be approved by Mrs. Murray do Carmo in advance.
